Cyflwyniadau, Ymddiheuriadau a Dirprwyon
Alun Ffred Jones: [Anghlywadwy.]—a chroesawu pawb i’r cyfarfod. Mae ymddiheuriadau. Mae Julie Morgan wedi ymddiheuro ac mae David Rees yn dirprwyo drosti. Mae William Powell wedi ymddiheuro ac mae Russell George wedi ymddiheuro, ac nid oes dirprwyon drostyn nhw. Y rheolau arferol ynglŷn â larymau tân yw i ddilyn yr ystlyswyr os bydd yna larwm tân, a gofynnaf i bawb roi eu ffôn symudol ar ‘tawel’.
Alun Ffred Jones: [Inaudible.]—and I’d like to welcome everybody to the meeting. There are apologies. Julie Morgan has apologised and David Rees is substituting on her behalf. William Powell has apologised and Russell George has apologised, and there are no substitutions for them. The usual rules apply regarding the fire alarms, which is to follow the ushers if there is a fire alarm, and I ask everyone to put their phones on ‘silent’.

Papurau i’w
Nodi
Alun Ffred Jones: Fe wnawn ni symud ymlaen i’r ail eitem a’r papurau i’w nodi. Mae pedwar papur i’w nodi’r bore yma. Mae yna wybodaeth ychwanegol gan y Gweinidog Cyfoeth Naturiol a Gweinidog yr economi ynglŷn â’n hymchwiliad ni ar ddyfodol ynni craffach. Nodyn ydy o ar wahanol agweddau. Nid wyf yn credu ei fod o’n newid dim ar ein hadroddiad ni—nid wyf yn credu, oni bai bod rhywun ishio codi rhywbeth.
Alun Ffred Jones: Therefore, we’ll move on to the second item—papers to note. There are four papers to note this morning. There is additional information from the Minister for Natural Resources and the economy Minister regarding our inquiry on a smarter energy future. It is a note on different aspects. I don’t think it changes anything in our report, unless somebody wants to raise something. |
Wedyn mae llythyron wedi dod gan gadeirydd y Cyd-bwyllgor ar Hawliau Dynol at y Llywydd, sydd wedi cael eu pasio ymlaen i ni, ynglŷn â’r awgrym o ddiddymu’r Ddeddf Hawliau Dynol 1998, ac mae gan Harriet Harman lythyr yma. Rwyf wedi nodi o’r blaen mewn lle arall—nid wyf yn siŵr, ond mae fel petai hi’n canolbwyntio ar yr effaith ar yr Alban, ond dyna fo. Sori?
Then there are letters from the chair of the Joint Committee on Human Rights to the Presiding Officer, which have been passed on to us, regarding the suggestion relating to repealing the Human Rights Act 1998. There is a letter here from Harriet Harman. I have noted previously in another place as, I’m not sure, but it looks as if she’s concentrating on the impact on Scotland, but there we are. Sorry?
Mick Antoniw: There’s a letter that was sent to Rosemary Butler. I presume there’s been a response to it, but the point being made is that, basically, none of this should be happening when the Assembly and Scotland are in purdah, so that we can’t actually respond, because we regard these as matters of considerable importance. The only thing I can work out from this is what the response was and that, quite clearly, we should be absolutely in agreement with the position that is being made in respect of Scotland as well.
Alun Ffred Jones: Do you want us as a committee to respond to Rosemary Butler, presumably, along those lines?
Mick Antoniw: Yes.
Alun Ffred Jones: So, we’ll respond along those lines to Rosemary Butler.
Wedyn mae ymateb gan y Dirprwy Weinidog Ffermio a Bwyd ynglŷn â labelu cynhyrchion organig, a wedyn ymateb y Gweinidog Cyfoeth Naturiol a'r Dirprwy Weinidog i’r craffu ar y gyllideb a’r ymateb. A oes unrhyw sylw ynglŷn â’r rheini neu a ydych chi’n barod i’w nodi nhw? Nodi, ocê.
We have a response from the Deputy Minister for Farming and Food regarding the labelling of organic products and a response from the Minister for Natural Resources and the Deputy Minister on the budget scrutiny and response. Does any Member have a comment or are you ready to note these papers? Note, okay.
Happy? Okay. Diolch yn fawr iawn.
